1. Course Enrollment & Refund Policy

• Offline & Online Coaching Fees: Once enrolled, coaching fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Technical Issues for Online Classes: If you experience login or streaming issues, contact our support team for assistance.

2. Books & Study Material Refund/Return

• Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if the book is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Timeframe for Returns: You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
• Return Process:
  • Email us at cacmasureshpoddar@gmail.com with order details and images of the damaged item.
  • Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
  • A replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days if stock is unavailable.
• No Returns for:
  • Incorrect book orders placed by customers.
  • Digital/downloadable study materials.
